Extended stays – Pre & Post Conference Rate:

Should you wish to stay in the hotel either before or after the conference period, the above rate shall apply for three days prior to and/or following the main conference dates (subject to availability, and excluding Saturday). Outside of these dates, the best rates available will apply.

Arrival & Departure Times:

Check-in time is available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival. The hotel will assist early arrivals subject to availability.

Check-out time is prior to 11:00am on the day of departure. Half-day rates apply for extensions up to 6:00pm.
